Cool stories. Oh, it's cool. Yeah. Okay. Well, one of my favorite stories, and this is when I was traveling with Dr. Joe Dispenser. So he was using mind movies in his events, and people, he'd have people watch this big kaleidoscope visual up on the thing. And the kaleidoscope will get us into trance. And then we would like then everyone would get their devices, start watching their mind movie repetitively. And then we would go back to the kaleidoscope. And then we go back to the mind movie. Then we'd go back to the kaleidoscope while listening to the song of our mind movie. So now our brain is starting to associate and make that song an anchor. And so now we're just like already visualizing ourselves without needing the visual prompt of the mind movie. We're just using the song as that anchor. Then we would go into a meditation, and he would get us to choose one slide or one moment from that mind movie and dimensionalize it, like I was explaining before. So there's one lady, this is in Australia, and uh her and her husband were struggling financially, and they so they put their house on the market and it'd been on the market for a month, no offers. So while she's at the Dr. Joe event, she knows where she's going in her meditation. So she sees herself in, well, she she's in her living room. She can feel the pen in her hand and she's signing the contract. She can smell the real estate agent's aftershave, and she can feel the bubbles of the champagne on her nose, and she's tasting the champagne because they're celebrating. And what she's feeling is just relief. Relief because she knows all the debts will be paid off and they'll be in a good space.

And I had this little 72 Toyota Corolla. He did have surgery uh and come out, and everything was okay, but then it started to come back. And so Good morning, everyone.

Hi, David. Uh, thank you for having me.

I've been looking forward to this for years. Actually, I reached out to your group uh when I was at that Joe Dispensive event and gave them a card and says, I would love to have her on my radio show. She'd be great. And so uh you popped up in my brain recently, and I said, Okay, I gotta get her on the show because you tie in to a lot of what we do. We run a 10-day healing retreat here at Living Waters. Yeah, and we do multiple modalities and we're doing colon hydrotherapy. But one of the tools I give them on about day seven or eight is showing them how to do a vision board. And I said, No, no, there's another product you can get if you want to go further. That's called mind movies. So I'm very fortunate. I'm glad we have you here to share what a mind movie is. So let's back up a bit and tell us your story and what and then share within how you got into mind movies and what the heck's a mind movie.

Yeah, well, I can you believe it's been 19 years, 19 years since we came up with this crazy idea. Uh, and this is back in 2007. Uh, the secret had just been on Oprah. Everyone was talking about visualization. Uh, as you probably can remember from that movie in the book, John Asiraf um talked about his vision boards and how he found his son found them in a box. And it the house that they were living at the time was the exact house he had on his his vision board. Um, but of course, you know, vision boards are a little static, and and you know, people are cutting out photos of magazines, and and it helps them to give them a visual of somewhere they can start to try and imagine themselves in that house or on that vacation.

And you see this stuff, and then so we I mean, you you just you can lose hope pretty quick. Of course. And I think internally that's what happened. And I see this in the health field.

Let's let's bid on that, because you know, so while she's at the Dr. Joe event, she knows where she's going in her meditation. So she sees herself in well, she she's in her living room.

And then basically that old rut gets paved over, right? That'd be a good idea.

It starts to atrophy.

Okay.

SPEAKER_05

It never really goes away. Um, because you know, uh, and and I I I can say these things and I I know what it's like, you know, oh big gratitude and think gratefully and do all these things that make you feel good. And when everything's going well, it's very easy to do all of that. But when your back's against the wall and you're feeling depleted, and now Glenn and I knew nothing about the internet by teaching three words. Yeah.

Three words that teach people. You started this. So cool. Natalie, so thankful that you came on the show today. Such an inspiration, and I'm so I'm so grateful for what you have done for humanity. And and also in my life, getting that easy app was like was so cool. And uh, you know, because people aren't buying magazines anymore. I used to go out and find magazines.

I know because I'm like, we need to figure out how this guy can mentor us because he's a legend, yeah. And so we spent five months working 10-hour days, but it's difficult to be able to uh create or elicit an emotion. But um, he helped to build the back end for us, you know. Frank connected us with him. It can be challenging to remember or to even have the inclination to want to do these things, you know. So you've got to that's why I, you know, so uh a mind movie is takes the vision board to a whole other level. So it is still images, but it's also affirmations. So affirmations are describing this future, this life that you want. But the secret source is the music, because music can help you to elicit uh an emotion, orchestrating a launch of this idea or this mind movies to the world. So turn around, you know, you know, she becomes an anchor. It's like, no, we don't want to go. And I mean, I could have forced her, I could have pushed it, and when I okay, so I turned around. As I came back to the gate of my of my place, um, I see a friend of mine. I'm like, oh, hello. And she was with this other woman, and and um she goes, Well, why don't you join us for a walk? Now, because this other woman had a dog, and Bella's like, oh, I'll walk with these people. So she was fine to go walking then, but she just didn't want to walk in the other direction. But because I was just going with the flow, we attended an internet marketing seminar held by Frank Kern and to be able to attach that to this visualization that you're having about your future. Because what is more important than what you see in your mind is the emotions that you're feeling. And the reason that that's important is because you the emotions that you feel and the thoughts that you're thinking are the frequency that you're sending out into the field, into the universe. So whatever is uh in alignment with that frequency that you're emitting um will then naturally be attracted to you. So so that's kind of what got us started. And then each year after initially we were doing the endless summer, so six months in Sydney and six months in San Diego, which was awesome. It could have been a great success or it could have been a flop because you know, people were we had a friend of ours approach my then husband uh and I and said, Look, I've got this idea, let's let's set up you know a website with instructions so people around the world can make these movies for themselves, what it is that we want. And within months, we had so many emails coming in from people going, This has changed my life. And the way that we teach that is you're speaking to six different levels of the mind. So we're talking about our identity and why we want it and what life looks like. And and then the last one is like, well, who do I become or who do I need to be to step into this? What are the qualities I need to have? What are the personality traits? Like, who am I in this new chapter of my life, in this new version of what my life is? And so we've now gone through like a complete and utter and deep dive on exactly what this future looks like. So when you're watching your mind movie, you can see yourself thinking these thoughts, seeing how these new thoughts are changing the outcomes that you have. Um, you know, seeing yourself as this confident, proud, accomplished person. Um, so you're truly embodying through your thoughts and emotions what it is like to be already living this life. Now, our launch fell in September of 2008. Yeah. I used a computer for bookkeeping and I knew how to use Word. That was it.

Well, no, in that 2007, uh, we didn't have fancy phones, we didn't have no flip phones. It was pretty raw back then.

It was. I mean, MySpace, I don't think Facebook even existed. I think MySpace was the big thing, YouTube did, or all belief about myself, or a system where they could really articulate every aspect of this future that they wanted. So while they're watching these movies every day, it's reminding them the action that they're taking and why they're doing it. And it's making it easier for them to see and feel what it's like to already be in that future. So, yeah, in September of 2008, it was the most successful thing we had ever done in our lives. And Glenn and I have been serial entrepreneurs for 30 years, but then immigration is like, no, no, no, no, you have to get a so we, you know, we've got a business visa, and you know, would you like to do something to shift this energy? Like, none of it is like it's a good or a bad thing. It's a this is just what's presenting. Would you like to shift it or are you happy where you are? And then we had a lot of meditations and and things in there and visualizations and stuff for them, and some Tai Chi and some yoga and but because it was so clear what we were giving them, and people wanted hope. They wanted to be able to think positively about the future again. And even back then, people like Bob Proctor and Jack Canfield and and uh you know, a lot of the John Astraf was reaching out and go, How do we work with you guys? But then, you know, that's this is how we we continued from there.

So and I saw this, I saw him talk, I didn't know who he was at a chamber event about year 2000.

I'm like, guys, we need to figure out this internet thing.

You know, gathering a list and and then creating the funnels was I we got an offer in the house.

It's not what we want, but I think we should take it. And she's like, No, no, no, no, just hold off. Because you know, we go and do the process again the next day, except this time she's in the same place in her living room with the pen and the champagne and the after shave, except she sees the amount on the contract. Uh-huh. Because she missed that bit before. So uh, and we only like we we were, and we we I remember we put a little video up on YouTube, and I think part of it was that for the first time they had a way to be able to, which didn't suck. How do we do this? So that's when we came to the US in April 2008.

September. At that seminar, we were accepted into his mastermind group.

Get out.

They were losing everything, they were losing their homes and their jobs and and everything, but it was absolutely phenomenal. And it I think because it was a low price point, it was only $97.

No wonder you worked five months, 10-hour days.

I mean No, but we worked with a a guy, Gallagher, someone Gallagher, I forget his first name now.

Zig Ziggler.

And so with a mine movie, we're also adding uh affirmations. So by adding the affirmations, we're drilling down a little deeper on exactly what it is that you're creating. So we start with what we call our what affirmation. So what do you want? Is it the successful career? Is it the car, the vacation, the amount of money in the bank account? You get specific about what it is that you actually want to create. And you write them out as in affirmations in present tense as if you already have them. Now, the reason we do that is because when you read these affirmations and watch this My Mivy, you need to imagine it like it's already happening now. So that's why we write it in present tense. So we focus on what you want, then we go into, well, what does life look like? Because there's a lot of us who go, well, I would like to be wealthy, but that means different things for us. You know, some people want to travel, some people want to, you know, uh invest in property, some people want to live in the mountains, some people want to live on the beach, you know. So whatever, whatever that looks like for you, the type of car you want, um, the people that you're hanging out with, maybe it's jewelry or whatever. So you you know, you go, this is what my life looks like now that I have this, and this is really the juice of your visualizations. Then you want to think about well, why do I want this?

Came together. It was just unbelievable.

Yeah.

So then when I saw what you did, so let's talk about that and then transitioning to what that looks like.

So, you know, uh, whether it's a vision board or a mind movie, the thing that the first step of this is that well, to be honest with you, few infusion soft did not exist back then.

Oh, didn't it? I thought it did.

Now, even though their reality was screaming something different for them. And we ended up doing a $700,000 week.

Oh, yeah. September. That's when we first were approached to uh start what we're doing now.

Which uh was also the time that the economic crisis had hit the planet, and we had no idea because we're 10 hours a day in front of a computer.

Yeah, and there was hardly anybody in there's a bigger chamber event, but there's hardly anybody listened to him and says, Where is everyone? This guy is amazing.

Yeah.

And the next time I saw him is was in the Narita airport in Tokyo when I was making a trip over there for to speak to a group that I had. And uh every little detail or just kind of the big picture.

Yeah, big picture. And like some people will watch their mind movie, and I I don't know how many times this has happened, but you know, people will make a mind movie, they maybe watch it for a few weeks or whatever, and then they kinda get out of the habit, and then they'll find it or come across it like a year later, and um what happiness means to you, what love means to you. So yeah. You have to envision and then two days later they got an offer for what they wanted.

That's amazing.

Isn't it amazing? You know, and these are like people have have manifested, you know, houses like now all these little details in every area. But I just wanted to circle back to the cancel, cancel, cancel, because I have a girlfriend of mine, uh Lisa Thomas, uh, and she I have a little addition to that. Uh, because uh especially if you're looking at creating a mind me or something, and we and we're talking about your thoughts, and you go, okay, look, I know I want to release this thought, and and this is what I'm gonna replace it with, but it's not like once you write that affirmation that you will instantly go into those positive thoughts. I know. Well, I was introduced to this material when I was 21.

But you know, uh, and I loved Earl Nightingale as a young kid in the 60s and 70s. I'd get early in the morning with my dad, after he'd milk the cows, I'd get the radio would be on, there'd be Earl Nightingale.

Yeah.

All those things. Just the on the road, I was when I was traveling, selling satellite televisions back in the 80s, I would listen to tapes on vision boards. I was in network marketing, and which was a thankfully, I never intended to do that. I was in real estate, thought I'd be a realtor forever, but I was sick, not sick, trying to figure out how to get well. But I wanted to build a big group, and so I met someone and uh talking about building these vision boards. And so I got very detailed in every area of my life. So spiritual, uh family, physical. I put pictures of money, I put pictures of silver, I put pictures of the van that I wanted, the car I wanted. I mean, I put all these detailed pictures. I wrote down uh UTAN Girls Championship, uh, May of 20 uh 200 uh six, I think it was, uh, photocopier. And I wrote down the model and everything.

And we called it the baked bean because it was orange, and I would drive all the time, and I would drive from Sydney back to my hometown, and all I would do is listen to these tapes over and over again. And I, and whenever these speakers came to Australia, like Jim Rohn and Tom Hopkins, Igziglo, all those guys, I I was there at these events.

Jim Rohn's classic. You know, he grew up about 20 miles from Boise, Idaho, in Melbourne, Idaho.

Uh, I know uh I created a Health Mind movie. This is after we did our big launch in 2008, we went back to Sydney and I'd put on a bit of weight because you know, we were sitting down for 10 hours in front of a computer every day, and I think we were living off Arby's. We don't have Arby's in Australia, so you know didn't didn't go well for my health. But um, my 40th birthday was coming up, and I'm like, right, I want to be this size by my 40th birthday. So I had a couple of months.

So, you know, that's so important. I think what you said was very key because, you know, years ago I read all the books, Think and Girl Rich and all the Dale Carnegie stuff.

I mean, all the I use Word, you know. So I open up this thing, I'm like, I don't even know what I'm looking at. And so I, you know, I've just downloaded the help contents, and every time I needed to do something, I just go to that page and go, okay, how do I do this? It was uh it was crazy. But it uh and I think the the thing that kept us going, well, definitely the thing I could speak for myself was just you know these emails and people just saying, This has really changed things for me. It's really changed my life. And that was the uh the motivation, you know, get their message out there online in an effective way, and of course, being aligned with someone like Frank really helped us to understand the whole structure of that and the psychology behind it. So it really gave us the big jump start that we needed.

Well, not only that, but there was only one CRM, I think, that was any decent infusion stuff back in those days.

And we've already re I've trained the reticular activating system. So it's like, oh, yeah, that's right. You you want this. Let's make sure that you you actually, you know, acknowledge this person or see this opportunity or he overhear this conversation, you know, so that you are able to create what it is that you one of my bosses gave me a set of cassettes of Brian Tracy. Learn, I was learning so fast. Like, you know, I remember Ryan, our business partner came in and said to me, Brian, I need you to figure out how to edit videos. Now, rather than just say cancel, cancel, cancel, uh, Lisa adds to it, cancel, cancel, cancel. Only love exists here. So it gives you just that that little bit of a gap of time. So now you get to choose what you're going to think rather than just to be at the default of, you know, old programs and old neural pathways. Cause like my original My Movie, I graded back in 2007.

My story, two Idaho boys in uh Narita Airport. So let's talk a little bit about okay. So you we have these vision boards. Let's explain in detail what is a vision board? I there's probably a lot of people don't even know what we're talking about. And then let's dwell into how does that transition to a mind movie.

You've already told us that we're we gotta bring the emotion, and we can dive deeper into that. Let's let's let's talk about the vision board. Uh and and maybe if I might just share.

Things are kind of serious at the moment. And and I think that to take a stand for our joy and to really, you know, make a point of going, no, I you can't.

Congratulations. That's awesome.

Yeah. So, you know, when we talk about emotions, it's it you're not necessarily feeling gratitude or joy, you're just feeling what you will feel in that moment of how and the frequency that we're that we're putting out.

You watch the great, like, I'm a sports guy, right? Yeah, Michael Jordan. He didn't say, like, I'm gonna try to put the basketball on the hoop. I hope it goes in. I wish it goes in. Stephen Curry doesn't wish hope or won. No, they see it being done.

And and us human beings, uh I don't, you know, we got taught early on that so he was using mind movies in his events, salesy, strategy, you know, kind of stuff over there. It's just very calming to the nervous system.

Sure. Yeah, awesome. Any last thoughts you want to leave us with?

No, just that, you know, and this is an interesting one because there are certain things that you want to be able to believe about in yourself to have the confidence and the resilience and the courage to be able to go for your dreams. Um, but this also helps you to understand no offers.

And years later I picked it up away because I didn't look at it every day. No, I didn't. But um, I was amazed at how there was uh there was a word or a word kind of a word salad you might say on something in a picture. And uh it was had something to do with smart something, I can't remember now exactly. But years later I looked at it and I had actually been on a call for a technology that matched those names. The guy was looking for money, I never invested, but it was like that's weird. All the little things, the championship, all the little things came came together. My name is Jane Williams. I came here because I did have some soreness in my legs because I've had knee surgery before, and quite frankly, it's gone. So I had cataract surgery, and initially my eye doctor told me that I had healthy eye, but they were all clouding up and up, they were blurry at night. It's been two years now since I've had the surgery. There was all it felt like my eye had a piece of glass in it. And my both eye eventually started watering all the time. And he recommended me get eye drops to moisturize them. And I had used that for a year. Nothing happened. Still the same. My eyes were watering, and it felt like I had a piece of glass. And I didn't know what to do. I kept going back and forth. I maybe three two-ounce cups of that juice of the G3. And it was making me tired. My eyes were tired. And I felt it switch and it hurt. I couldn't do anything. It was in the middle of the night. It couldn't go anywhere. And so within a day, it's calmed down. It doesn't hurt. No glass feeling in the eye. And the watering has subsided. And all the how I show up in relationship, the qualities of my partner, what our relationship looked like, things that we would do together, um, all of those kind of photos. Um, and of course, I used a love song because that's the emotion that I wanted to elicit while I watched that my movie. And I ended up meeting my partner in August of 2020. Our first date was a walk because you know everything was closed down. That's all we could do. Uh and um, you know, and we're still together now, six years later. So then you think about a why for the people that you love, and then you think about your own why. Okay, so you the surgeons wanted to operate again, and he goes, No, no, just just give me a moment. And so he had his mind movie, and of course, his mind movie was really focusing on, you know, his long, long life, you know, the love that he had with his kids, the relationship they had, things that they would be doing together in the future, um, how uh he would see the um tumor shrinking and and you know, and and basically being eliminated. And he would watch that mind movie and go into meditation every single day, and that's exactly what he focused on. And then uh three months later, he went back to the surgeon and they go, What have you been doing? And he goes, What do you mean? He goes, they go, We can't even see the tumor. Like it had gone. And um, he goes, Well, you know, be watching my mind movie and do my meditations. They go, Okay, well, whatever you're doing, just keep doing it. Because, you know. So that's awesome. Yeah. And even at the Dr. Joe events, there were like people. I saw a woman who had ALS. She'd been in a wheelchair for seven years. She was South African, and she was there with her carer. And uh, and uh we were doing a walking meditation on the beach, and she actually got up out of the chair. She took about seven steps um on the sand. But she'd hadn't been out of that wheelchair, hadn't been able to stand up for seven years. So there's, you know, our mind, our mind can be a very powerful tool in healing. I'm Australian. I like to have a, you know, five o'clock is what I call wine o'clock. You will probably come across some challenges, but reminding yourself every day as to why you are doing this is super important because it keeps you going.

It's been about three years ago I did the show. So to get that back, they've got to see little progressive steps. We see it pretty quick here in the 10-day retreat as they get rid of all the stuff and the gun physically, then emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, things change pretty quick, which is why I love tying in your product to help take them to just an another level.

Yeah. So, um, so David, you had do you have mindset work as well as all the physical things that you get people to go through?

Yeah, yeah, we do.

In a space where why do I want to create this? And understanding your why is very important because it, even though you make a mind movie, it doesn't mean that the road to success and manifesting everything in that movie is going to be easy and covering all of that. You're articulating or you're getting a little clearer about what it is that you want to create. Because you can say, I want to be successful or I want to be wealthy, you go, well, that's awesome. But what does that look like for you? You know, so this is why Yeah. So people will go, um, you know, may they go, I want a sports car. You go, great. Well, what kind of sports car? You know, or I want a new car, great, what kind of car? So by going through the process of uh with a vision board, you're basically finding photos of what it is that you want. You're sticking it on that board so that when you look at the board and you look at the picture of that car, you can imagine yourself driving that car. Uh now with a mind movie, we take it a little step further because uh, yes, you still have the images, and you have images that are really going to, you know, light you up. Everything that you put in a mind movie is meant to elicit a specific emotion. So for me, I make my movies all the time. Uh, you know, I made a love mind movie. So when I wanted to call in a partner, uh, this is in 2020 when everything is shut down. Like no one's going to bars or going out in social situations and meeting people. We're all stuck inside. Um, but the mind movie that I uh I created like triggered all over the place that I met someone. But anyway, with uh what it's like to be if if I'm going to release those, what am I replacing those thoughts with? What do I want to think instead? Because we know that our thoughts create our reality. So if you're in a reality that you're not particularly happy with right now, just think about how we need to change the way we think to create a different outcome for yourself. If there are thoughts that I'm thinking right now that are not propelling me forward, that are possibly connected to an old limiting belief or an old program. So uh what I would do is I would play my mind movie at about 4:30 because I knew that if I did that, it would remind me, no, we're, you know, we're not gonna have one o'clock today because this is your goal and this is what you're working towards. So, you know, remembering your why is important. So I get people to think about, well, why for the people that you that you're serving? If you're helping people or you've got a business where you're serving people, think about the why for them. As I want to manifest this for my husband, or I want to manifest this for my kid. And I'm like, well, you know, it's not like you could say something like that, or you can write affirmations about that, but they're their own sentient beings. So it's not like you can control what they do, but what you can look at and what you do have control over and what you can influence is how you show up in that relationship or in that in that way that's going to be able to, you know, help them to, you know, influence their behaviors. Like I used back in the day, I used to get a lot of parents going, How do I get my kid to clean up their room? We are magnifying the power of that manifestation. And the more people we have focusing on that, um, the the more powerful it becomes. Our challenge is that we don't all have the same vision of what that is. And, you know, the way that the the media and social media are set up right now, it is purposely trying to divide us. You know, it's it's getting more challenging to sit in a conversation with someone who has a different viewpoint about politics or Israel or Iran or, you know, government or anything. You know, it it's and it's being done to us on purpose. And I don't think we are aware enough. Once we get through that, we want to think about well, what are the actions I need to take? Like, what do I need to do? Like, have I got a change by daily practice? Are there certain things I need to do to move towards, you know, this goal in particular? So think about the actions that you need to take. You also want to think about the thoughts you need to change. But uh, so when we're in those low frequency emotions, it's difficult to go, well, I'm not feeling very love-like now, and I'm feeling very doubtful and and you know, very helpless and frustrated. You can't imagine a future for yourself when you're in those low frequency emotions because all you can see is the challenge in front of you. So to even think about your future, to even dare to dream about what you can create for yourself or the relationship you can have or the wealth and the health that you want, you we have to get out of these low frequency emotions and into something a little higher. Now, I'm not saying go from that to joy, uh, because that is a big jump, but you do want to be able to do some things that are going to make you feel better, to regulate your emotions, to get, you know, regulate your nervous system, get to a place where you know you can feel a little bit of optimism, a little bit of you know, hope for the future. Because it's only from there that you could imagine something better for yourself. You know. So, I mean, I always recommend to people that they create a list. You know, there they may be some days where you will look at that list and go, I can't do anything on this list.

And then things that are happening if you watch the X, you know, go down through X each day and look at all the crazy stuff that's happening and going on and the diverge. What would you say to a channel though?

SPEAKER_05

Well, let's call it uh people he'd had people watch this big kaleidoscope visual up on the thing. And the kaleidoscope will get us into trance. And then um we would like then everyone would get their devices, start watching their mind movie repetitively, and then we would go back to the kaleidoscope, and then we go back to the mind movie, then we'd go back to the kaleidoscope while listening to the song of our mind movie. So now our brain is starting to associate and make that song an anchor. Um, and so now we're just like already visualizing ourselves without needing the visual prompt of the mind movie. We're just using the song as that. And some of us have been thinking these thoughts for like 20, 30, 40 years, right? So that's a pretty strong neural pathway.

MM for mind movies. We had a mind movies uh social media that was just all of us on there manifesting all the positive things we want to see in the world, right? You know, good healthy food, no seed oils, no glyphosate. What would you think would happen if we had 10 people, 100 people, a thousand people coagulating or gathering every day for 10 minutes? What do you think would happen to the world?

It would definitely make a difference, especially if we were, I mean, we have our individual life and goals and things that we want to achieve, but if we are collectively focusing on what we want for the world and what that vision is, what that vision of peace is, what that vision of love is, I want to be feeling good like this every single day. Not every moment of every day, but definitely.

Yeah, you can Ah, good one. Only love exists here.

Only love exists here. It's challenging. Now, when we're in lower frequency emotions, you know, things like um, you know, frustration or helplessness or um impatience, or you know, which is kind of what I felt about calling in a partner. But honestly, if you had a looked at my calendar and gone, well, I know you want, you say you want a boyfriend, but where would you fit that in? Because I was traveling a lot and it wasn't until 2020 when my calendar was completely free or come to you very quickly, because we start to spiral into, oh my God, I didn't want to think that thought, you know, well, why can't I get my shit together? Um, so we get we spiral into, you know, being hard on ourselves. Yes. And that's we don't want to do that. Um, and really what that is is a pattern interrupt. So it's it you catch yourself with thinking this old thought, you go into the cancel, cancel, cancel, only love exists here. And in that moment, it gives you enough time to take a breath and to remember what you're replacing that thought with and to move into that that new thought. I didn't do that myself, that was the universe giving me what I needed. So the more that you can acknowledge these things, so now we find we're getting our and then of course we've tie up the heart the heart math monitor, yeah, and so they can see some of that reflection back.

Uh, but um, I say, but uh, so it's pretty cool to see the the change. It's it's you know, it's some people it's like, oh yeah, my emotion. What do you mean your emotion? You should have that emotion you walk in the door. I thought I was pretty positive. Next thing I know, I'm putting this rubber band on one hand and the next, and I go, gee, me, Christmas. Cancel, cancel, cancel. So that became my words. Okay, I'm gonna think of thought. I'm just gonna cancel, cancel, cancel. How do I change it? And then for me, back when I first started was love, love, love, love, love. I just start saying love, love, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I just try and put that love out there and and change that feeling in my body.

Yeah, you know, and that's okay. It's all right to have days where you're just like, I'm I'm just in it. I'm experiencing this situation, and it's not like we should be, you know, trying to uh stuff them down or trying to avoid them, or you know, spiritual bypassing is the big buzzword at the moment, you know, or polyannering your way through it and go, you know, I'm just gonna think positive thoughts. No, we have to feel the feels, good or bad.

Um it's about the feeling, isn't it? It's really that's just really so important. That's what heart heart math, I'm a heart math coach, and they coach we had Deborah Rosmond on in episode 163, and we talked a lot about that. It's that feeling. And you know, it's it's when we see people here going through the 10-day healing retreat, there's some tough days where it's like, ugh, I don't know if I want to be here today, I don't feel so great. And uh and they're they're pretty fighting not only with that, but other emotions, and you got the parasitic load that's causing people to really have doubts. Uh but like you say, it's it's you just gotta keep doing it every day.

Yeah, and there'll be good days and bad days, and and I think what precedes all of it is grace. You need grace for yourself. And it's okay to have days where, you know, because the things that are on my list, you know, meditation, uh stillness, walking, music. I have a joy playlist on Spotify. So I know that if I need a little bit of a thing, I'll play it in the morning and jump around the kitchen. And so I I have a whole list of things that I can do that I know is gonna make me feel better. And like I said, sometimes I'll look at it and go, yep, I could do a meditation, or I could I feel like going for a walk, I could do one of those things. But I try to commit to doing something every day that's gonna make me feel good. And then there are days that, you know, that I just can't. And that's okay too. You know, I it's interesting. I have so many friends and clients at the moment that are going through what I call the dark night of the soul. They just, you know, we're we're being challenged at the moment. You need to know as that these thoughts travel along uh neural pathways in our brain. Yeah, I'm surrounded by things that I'm exceptionally grateful for, and everything that I can see that when I look around me, I intentionally created in my life. You know, it it was an intention. And so I I can, you know, I mean, I live in Marina del Rey, I can see the water, I can see the Hollywood sign. I mean, I'm, you know, there's a lot a lot of blessings around me.

But for me, I can feel thankfulness really quick.

For us to create, you know, to go to these new thoughts, we will, through repetition, be able to create that new new pathway. And of course, when we start to think about wealth or love or whatever, then these new thoughts will come through. But in the meantime, while we're, you know, still creating that neural pathway, you'll find that you will default back to these old thoughts. So, and she's she's this woman is a badass. Like she is amazing, but she's just in this moment in her life right now where she doesn't believe or she's lost faith because you know, she's feeling you know, every day is a struggle. There's no arguments and contention. That's true. It's it's it's a really peaceful place to go. So um I encourage you to come and find us over there. And I'm following some awesome names over there. Jane Fonda has a thing, Van Jones, uh, you know, Esther Perel. And you know, this platform really lends to for people to be more genuine and authentic. There's no and uh bidding for one of the things, and and uh it was like you know, the trip to Africa. When you were visualizing, there's a whole process. Um, actually, Dr. Joe.

And today, though, my favorite I've learned is gratitude. I can really tie into gratitude.

When you go into your visualization, you're not just seeing yourself as a character in a movie, you're actually immersing yourself in the moment as if it's happening now. And you do that by eliciting all of your senses. What do you see? And so you you you're you're isolating it to one moment. One thing that you'll be experiencing once you, you know, um manifest everything you have in your mind movie. Okay, well, what is something that I'll be experiencing? Like for me, um, when I was calling in my partner, I would imagine I would visualize myself on the beach, I could feel the deck chair under my body, I could hear the waves crashing, I could smell the ocean, um, I could feel the sun on my skin, and I could feel myself holding someone's hand. And I would see an image there. I wasn't a particular person, but I saw an image there. But more importantly than all of that is that I'm like, I was feeling content and I was feeling loved in that moment.

Can you do that even when you're not feeling love, even when you're not being content? I mean, how's that play out when you're trying to make those that switch from you know no one's gonna no one really loves me, you know, I've had two bad breakups, you know, maybe I should just stay out of the dating game. What do you say to someone like that that that just has that that severe doubt?

Yeah. Well, I can I can empathize a picture of that dirt bike. And it'd been on the market for a month. Yeah.

You teach it to kids.

Yes, absolutely. Kids are easy, kids they've got wild imaginations anyway.

But what I hear you saying, I mean, it's a good visualization, is we're gonna create a new is just relief.

Relief because she knows all the debts will be paid off and they'll be in a good space.

So I had cataract surgery, and initially my eye doctor told me that I had healthy eye, but they were all clouding up and up. They were blurry at night. It's been two years now since I've had the surgery. There was all it felt like my eye had a piece of glass in it. And my both eye eventually started watering all the time. And he recommended me get eye drops to moisturize them. And I had used that for a year. Nothing happened. Still the same. My eyes were watering and it felt like I had a piece of glass. And I didn't know what to do. I kept going back and forth. I maybe three two-ounce cups of that juice of the G3. And it was making me tired. My eyes were tired. And I felt it switch and it hurt. I think the word that I was looking for on one of the latest podcasts I did with with Susan on the Joy Jolt, she was uh she was saying that when they were in COVID and things first started happening, they would have a word of the day that they would put up on the whiteboard in the kitchen. And she goes, um, the first word that we started with was temporary. I mean, we could be going through some crazy stuff, but it's temporary.

And yeah, okay. Well, one of my favorite stories, um, and this is when I was traveling with Dr. Joe Dispenser, even uh going on safari in Africa.

And uh it's the same color.

Then we would go into and it was one of the most spectacular experiences of my life.

So you gotta get the glue and the boards, and so business is failing. I mean, we need to be all supported and pumped up.

Yeah, well, I mean, people are so I haven't seen any like I we've worked a lot in schools. We are being manipulated manipulated like this online, and everything is right now designed.

You know, you said neural pathways and how they get, but sometimes I've had times where I've got interrupted, had to take a different route, and end up meeting someone just happenstance on the street that led to something else.

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_02

Maybe nothing huge. Yeah, maybe it led to something huge later, but there's been so many of those, and it just seems as I started to be aware and start being more aware of all these serendipitous moments that I'm experiencing. Wow.

And the way that uh Glenn and I got to do that is that we were at a fundraising, you know, charity thing.

Kid you not, but wouldn't you say that is like evil? Yeah, well, I think the general public though, it's you know, and I find myself catch myself getting upset, anger. Yeah, people have lost so much hope.

And and I do a little demonstration, I have them go home and teach their parents is going to help me to achieve this, make sure that you throw it through to the conscious mind so I'm aware of it. So, you know, we have um sound like ooh, ooh takes people through. It's called dementializing. We're just you know, kids. That's awesome. Yeah, they're they're really at the whim of the technology and the screens and the everything else that comes with it, which is that's huge though.

I mean, if you get that throughout all the schools in America, I mean, every kid needs that.

Yeah.

Seriously, well, that's that's awesome. So you say it's on pause, what does that mean?

SPEAKER_05

Oh, the app is still available, but my uh my work in the schools is paused for the moment. Contacts for me on how to get, you know, the our kids program into the schools, and it was just this serendipitous thing, like, you know, there were so many uh choices that I made leading up to that moment that I could it could have gone the other way. But I was just like, all right, well, this is what's showing up in this moment, let's just see what happens. And but I wasn't doing it to be intentional or to force something, I was just going with the flow. Uh, with kids, I mean most of them what's your emotional lotion?

And I'm tying in, you know, how the quantum physics works and all that stuff, and I'm I'm giving some visual. Uh, I do so we show them how to muscle test. So we're they're they're they're starting they're getting it lots of different ways up on my wall here to be able to hold hold the course. We I play the sound bowls and I teach them heart math. So every day it's I I say, What's your emotion lotion? Yeah, that's what I call it. You got here's some here's some words. What do you want? You want gratitude, joy, love, peace, whatever it is. So they come in and it's amazing. I mean, I tell them day one, every day I'm gonna tell you, I'm gonna ask you six years ago, I found a Honda Africa twin.

I just realized now we're we are limited by our old programs and old experiences uh that are influencing our belief in ourselves to be able to do that.

Yeah, you know, and it gets taught at such an early age.

I always used to joke with moms and dads when they're between everything that's happening in the world, like I said, with mine, it was contentment, you know. So it depends on on what that is. So anyway, she goes back to her room that night, there's a text from her husband, and he goes, Call me. And he she calls him and he goes, Look, and it's not like you should be ex surprised anymore. I mean, this happens all the time, and you know this.

Oh, yeah. I call it serendipitous moments. I've I was thinking the other day, I thought, I gotta I gotta start writing down what you say. I like those words evidence journal as serendipitous. Like, you know, I go walk the dog, and sometimes you know, things happen. There's other dogs, and it's my dogs, they want to protect me. So they like to bark at the other dogs.

Intentionally to manipulate us emotionally, put that out there as a thought. Right. And this is what I'm saying is one of the most powerful things about making a vision border or mind movie is that you start to get clear about what I put in that mind movie came to fruition.

So there's no bounds, it can work with anything that we're we're working relationships. We've talked about those things.

But you know, what happens is it trains your reticular activating system, which is base of nerves at the base of your skull. So it's the gatekeeper between your conscious mind and your subconscious mind. So your conscious mind can process about 40 bits of data per second. Uh subconscious mind, 40 million bits of data per second. So if when you train your reticular activating system to go, this is what is what of interest to me, make sure that if anything in the 40 million bits of data that's showing up every second, she needs to come see us, she needs to do a cleanse for sure. Yeah. She can feel the pen in her hand and she's signing the contract. She can smell the um real estate agent's aftershave.

And I know some of the clients, it's like their favorite word might be joy, or it might be love, or they can really feel that.

Everything just to help them to regulate because opportunities that you notice, you know, things that are coming up, even though you're not consciously thinking, oh, that's right. I put that in my mind movie. When I take her out for a walk, right?

Right.

SPEAKER_05

And she's a little, you know, doesn't really want to go. And I'm like, come on, we gotta go. So we we we go out, and I get her like halfway down the path, and she's like, No, I'm like, it was a big one. I'm like, well, there's sports, there will be times because and I remember I thought it was pretty positive.

And years ago, someone said, put a rubber band on your hand, and when you think a negative thought, change it.

So, and a lot of these negative thoughts are connected to old programs, old uh life experiences. I had one woman, actually, a friend of mine, she lives down in very much affected by our frequency. And uh the so I haven't done a lot of follow-up with the kids, right? But of course, you know, kids these days, you ask them what they want what they want to do when they grow up and they go, I want to be an influencer. You're like, all right, okay. Well, kids, well, let's think about what positive information you're putting out into the world if you're going to be someone of influence. And come across it a year later, and they go, Oh my God, I totally forgot that I put that in my mind, movie. Because what by by imagining it, articulating it, watching it a few times and having that visualization and putting it in your subconscious mind, you don't need to be watching it all the time. It's already in there. And even though you may not realize it, we've all I've already have in my subconscious mind that this is something that we want to do. So, and this is the other thing that happens when you're watching your mind movie, and and even if you don't don't even make a mind movie or vision board, if you're clear about what you want and you even have your affirmations listed out, you know, everyone's something wants something different from a relationship. And uh she is an internet marketer, but she was attending the Dr. Joe events and she created a mind movie, and um and she decided because she went to one of his events in Cancun, then she stayed in Cancun for a little while, and then she went, I think I want to live here. So she decided to buy a condo. So uh she found this place, it had everything that she wanted, and she walked out onto the balcony and she just went, Oh my god. So she found her mind movie on a phone, and the photo that she had of the view of the condo that she wanted to buy was the exact, like the exact view from her balcony for the condo.

So there's one lady, this is in Australia, and uh her and her husband were struggling financially.

Yes, actually, I just had someone reach out the other day um who they're writing a book and they asked if it was okay if they could um list mind movies in the book as well. Uh, this guy is Australian. Again, the Aussies are getting in and having a good go. Uh, he had a brain tumor. So once you train that, so I'm we're at the auction, I'm like, we want we want to bid on this. So it was like a $15,000 trip because you know, you're at five-star places, it was, you know, the flights and everything. And I think we got it for maybe $7,000. So we got it for a steal.

It is what what wealth means to you, what success means to you, what and it goes further in life.

I remember my daughter. We don't say can't, don't tell those kids no, everything. I mean, you're you're telling them no to everything. You let them figure out things because I don't know when I did this dream board.

Tell me some cool stories. I teach them a basic muscle testing technique because you know, first day I'd show them, like in soccer, how to do a pullback and you know, the late year comes, coach, I I can't do this. I go, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.

Oh, yes, that's it. So woman works in the school system here in LA. She had some interact with them differently to help them or encourage them or motivate them to clean up their room. That's what you have control over.

You know, what kind of cool things have you seen with kids? If I hadn't maybe we're being selfish if we do that, but I don't think it's that way. It's we need to be a little more selfish and and and because if we don't take care of ourselves first, awesome.

I've already said that you want, you know, and she can feel the bubbles of the champagne on her nose, and she's tasting the champagne because they're celebrating. And what she's feeling, one of the things that actually one of my students uh was telling me about uh something that she keeps calling an evidence journal.

How the the you know, saying it as it's already happened. I always teach my kids to do pullbacks even in front of the gold box when they're eight years old. The parents will say, No, kick the ball, kick the ball out of the gold. No, no, no. My kids are gonna have confidence that they're gonna be able to do that no matter where they're at.

Like happened that you go, yeah, that was definitely the universe.

And she I said she came back and said, Did you get it? Oh yeah.

I met my my partner, and then we thought, well, we should travel together to see if we, you know, if things work out. So we did a road trip because you know, no one's flying. Um and so we did a road trip up to like Big Sur and Monterey, and we this is within three months of meeting each other, and we're on the beach and we're laying on deck chairs, and I'm holding his hand, and I'm like, holy shit. And I was just going with whatever was presenting in the moment. So I ended up walking with my friend and this other woman. Um, we stopped and had coffee, and then I find out that this was changed a few percentage points.

That's pretty exactly.

Oh wow. Choices that you're making. I was just gonna say something that has completely gone out of my mind. And then we could measure their emotional uh energy through the frequency of their voice.

And then go, okay, well, you know, this is what's showing up for you right now to give you things to help you to regulate quickly. Yeah.

She was 16 and she says, Hey, I'm going downtown, I'm gonna manifest a free cup of coffee. Then how can our families around us thrive if if we're sick or if we're not doing well or if our because when we're in joy and in happiness, we're in a high frequency.

So not only is it easier for us to manifest what we want, but then we start manifesting things we didn't even know that we needed because we're just maintaining a higher frequency more often. So it is a lot of fun. I have my girlfriend Susan Patrick is hilarious. So between the two of us, it's just it's it's a great reprieve as an escape hatch from all the heaviness of the world right now.

You'll love this. Have a mantra. If you're not laughing, you're not living. And so years ago, I don't know how long ago it's been, I thought, you know, if every time I do something rather than getting upset about something I did, you know, that was just to me or whatever, I'm gonna laugh.

Yeah.

So I started laughing. Now I laugh all the time. And I did a show. Uh, there was a doctor.

And they don't have they haven't been beaten down by life.

Right, right.

So they're, you know, they're they they have a lot of fun with it. You know, uh, and just going back to, you know, you can manifest anything. This came up the other day, actually, on one of my coaching calls.

And uh, this person's like, Well, what do you say if someone said can't think of his name right off the top of my head, but he had this terrible disease, and they wanted to incubate him in the hospital, and he was like, Oh my god, these guys are gonna kill me. So he talked him into letting me go. He went to a hotel, and on the way there, he ran a VCR and a whole bunch of tapes, videos with funny videos, all funny movies, comedies, everything. And he started just laughing and laughing and laughing and laughing and laughing. And um and he healed his uh disase in the body.

The thing is, we we have manifested things in the past, you know, and maybe we do manifest things on a regular basis, but because we're trying to manifest something big, we go, oh, I don't know if I can do this. So they're grades, right? Uh their friendships, which is another thing I get them to focus on, you know, what are the kind of friends that you want? How are you showing up as a friend? Um, so yeah, and we actually have children's versions of the My Movie software because you know, it's not like finding a perfect partner or creating wealth is something you're thinking about when you're a kid.

Right.

You know, you're more focused on, you know, your relationship with your family, your relationship with your friends, you know, your schools, your grades, your sports, your, you know, your activities, your social circles. You know, these are more of the things that we we get them to focus on.

Right. Have you seen anybody with a s with a bad illness? Not a big deal, dad.

Yeah, well, that's the thing. Then as adults, we we can manifest the coffee and the car space and all the easy stuff, but then we get hung up when you go, Well, I want to create this amount of money in my bank account. I want to create this, you know, business, I want to be able to help people, I want to be able to do all these other things.

And then that's so cool. So tell me about this. What are you doing in the schools? What's your mission there?

Well, that's on pause at the moment.

But uh, yeah, we have a we had a um an app and a school program. So we were helping kids uh number one with their visualization and with their emotional You know, I end up in situations of meeting the right people at the right time, or it's just uncanny. And and I think it's it's not just being aware of them, but being open for them in the first place.

You know, you reminded me like the other morning, I'm um I had Bella, my little pup, and uh, you know, we I'm I'm taking her out. I'll have to flick her over your way, David.

Well, you know and realize how much the universe has your back, how much you're you are being assisted. And you're you're being assisted because you've already put it out there and told the universe exactly what you want. You know, it's not like you're all wishy-washy about it. You're you're very clear. And so, um, you know, when you can keep reminding yourself of that, because you know, when you do feel unwell and you're sick, I did I had a friend of mine that's got long COVID.
