David DeHaas (0:25): Living Waters Wellness Center was formed after we discovered how to heal my body from multiple symptoms, including allergies, asthma, chronic fatigue, back pain, psoriasis, acne, hives, yeast infections, and finally cancer. And I did it all naturally. After twenty years of trying numerous different treatments, medical treatments, cleanses, iridology, muscle therapy, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, naturopathy, Those experiences led us to discover that recipe that led to become known as the four natural laws of healing. Combining multiple natural healing modalities to fully detox and cleanse the body and allowing the body to take the perfect nutrition to fully restore the body back to its innate health. This became known as a ten day healing retreat.
David DeHaas (1:02): We've helped thousands of people just like you get their health restored so they can live their life to the fullest. And if you want to learn how you can get your body back to living your best life, go to livingwaterscleansed.com. Click on that link for natural laws of healing and watch the video or call the office at (208) 378-9911.
David DeHaas (1:20): Alright. We got a really big show for you today. Let's call it an egg scramble because we're gonna be talking about a lot of different things. We're gonna start out with talking about what David does on a daily basis as far as food. This was suggested to us by one of our listeners, longtime listener.
David DeHaas (1:38): And so we're gonna before we get there, got an announcement. There's gonna be a biohacking and vitality event here in Boise on June. Put that down on your calendars. Yours truly is one of the main speakers. That is Friday, June 26 from six to 8PM and day two, Saturday, June 27 from ten to 6PM and that's going to be at the Marriott Courtyard in Meridian.
David DeHaas (2:03): That's right there off of Eagle Road. Big event. Be a lot of great speakers, a lot of great vendors. If you're looking to be a vendor, you can reach out to, I can probably refer you to GOL Network or go to biohackboise.com. Biohackboise.com.
Unknown Speaker (2:19): You register there to get a ticket or be a vendor. If you're looking to get a guest ticket, you might wanna reach out to Living Waters Wellness Center. If you're a customer of ours, I can probably sneak you a ticket. How about that? That's better than winning the lottery in my book.
David DeHaas (2:31): Anyway, hey. We got a lot to share with you. Okay. What does David do on a daily basis as far as food and eating and all that good stuff? Well, first thing I do in the morning, get up.
David DeHaas (2:41): I'm gonna drink some water. I'm gonna put water in my body as quickly as possible to fuel my brain. That's job one. After doing that, I'm gonna make breakfast. Now for me, breakfast has usually been eggs over the years.
David DeHaas (2:54): And for me, it's usually two to three eggs, either scrambled or fried. Now the key thing is is how do I do it? Well, I use either cast iron, baked enamel creche pans, or glass. Now glass is a little tricky. We use pie plates.
David DeHaas (3:09): You gotta go really easy on those or they'll explode. We have exploded a few of those. But why do we do that? We do that to keep out the heavy metals and the toxins. We don't use any kind of Teflon pan.
David DeHaas (3:20): Those have those forever chemicals. If you have those, especially if they're scratched, just just chuck them. Just chuck them right now. They're making you sick. You don't know it, but they are making you sick.
David DeHaas (3:29): And I'm gonna eat my eggs. The girl's gonna be organic. Now look. I know some of you may not be breakfast eaters. That's fine.
David DeHaas (3:35): Okay. Skip it, but don't grab a coffee yet. You're gonna learn about why in a moment. Now I always take my first life pack of vitamin supplement first thing in the morning as well with food. I've been taking it for thirty woof.
David DeHaas (3:48): Thirty four years. Thirty four years. And it helped me heal a torn meniscus. It's a 33 supplements in one little pack. We have them here at the office if you wanna learn about those.
David DeHaas (4:00): And it's raised my antioxidant score. Really important to increase your antioxidants. That's what prevents dys hyphen ease in the body. And so and we have a little machine that can measure your antioxidant status. If you wanna learn about that, call the office as well.
David DeHaas (4:12): (208) 378-9911. So in general, I don't do cereals. No one should do cereals. In fact, the evidence that should gonna show you here in a moment, you definitely wanna stay away from oatmeal. You definitely wanna stay away from the Kellogg stuff.
David DeHaas (4:25): There is a cereal, though, that I've used. Now for those of you who are struggling with pooping, if you're not pooping first thing in the morning, a few things. One, eat your breakfast. Go for a walk. Now if you're if it's kinda like you're just going poop once a day, add some psyllium.
David DeHaas (4:40): If you're locked up and you're not going once every two, three, or once a week, don't add psyllium. It's gonna make it worse. Don't do MiraLAX. It's gonna make it worse. And if you're already taking things like, magnesium citrate and you're still struggling, yeah, you're in a real fix, and the problem is not going to get better.
David DeHaas (4:57): Because what magnesium citrate does but usually by how it starts is people go on laxatives, then it's MiraLAX, and then they get the magnesium. Magnesium's worked for several years until it doesn't. Because what it's doing is dehydrating the colon. So how are gonna fix that? Well, you need to come do colon hydrotherapy.
David DeHaas (5:16): Learn about that on our website, livingwaterscleanse.com. We'll show you how it's all done. It's really done well. Privacy your own room. You're all covered up.
David DeHaas (5:23): It's not embarrassing. It doesn't hurt. It's a very simple process. No different than you going to the bathroom on your toilet. Only in this case, you got a little water going up your colon to dissolve, hydrate the tissue, and then get that muscle.
David DeHaas (5:36): We wanna coach the muscle up to start squeezing it. Peristalsis is a squeezing action that moves the fecal matter around from the small intestine. You have a big u shape to the bottom of your right hand just above your hip. Put your finger down your hands down there. Above your right hip, there's a salt small valve called the ileocecal valve.
David DeHaas (5:55): And then the food is liquid drops in there. It's gotta go against gravity up towards your liver and then across. We call it transverse colon and then down the descending colon and down out of the rectum, ideally. Now some of you guys, you know, want to drink coffee right away. Put a hold on that.
David DeHaas (6:17): Let's say we're going talk about that in a moment. K. If you're adding milk and you're adding toast, you're making constipation worse. Alright? If you just wanna fly out the door with a piece of toast or bagel, no.
David DeHaas (6:31): Cause you're gonna spike your blood sugars. You could calm that down by a couple of things. One, if you freeze toast, like what we do is we buy sourdough, get organic, get sourdough fermented. The wheat products, if you're not getting organic, you're getting hybridized wheat, which has caused a problem. That's why you have gluten sensitivity.
David DeHaas (6:52): The other reason why you have gluten sensitivity is because it's been getting sprayed with glyphosate. And if you haven't been paying attention, glyphosate's in the news. This week, our Department of Justice argued before the Supreme Court, we gotta give Bayer Monsanto, a Germany company, immunity from liability for all the people are poisoning. Crazy. I don't know how that's gonna resolve, but also the farm bill is going through.
David DeHaas (7:19): Unfortunately, they stripped that out of the farm bill giving immunity of liability. It was a hotly contested item. There's still some really other bad things that need to be pulled out of that farm bill, but I'm not going go into that right now. Okay. So first of all, if you're putting milk and bread, you're just making glue.
David DeHaas (7:37): And your poor old small intestine, which absorbs your nutrients, is probably just smashed like a think of a shag carpet from the seventies or any carpet, quite frankly. And just think of you've never cleaned it, never steam cleaned it. You've been walking across with some honey, some milk, and some bread, and just those fibers just get sticky. Well, now you're not absorbing the nutrition you need to have. So, if you're going to do milk, do not do pasteurized milk.
David DeHaas (8:01): Get raw. You can get that at the co op here in Boise. Better yet, maybe look at raw goat's milk. I did a show on raw goat's milk. Raw goat's milk is very healing, smaller molecular structure.
David DeHaas (8:13): Now the other thing you can do is a green juice for help healing the gut. Green juice, I say that, celery. Do celery. Give yourself about twenty minutes after do celery, and then add the different foods you wanna add to your morning meal. Let those salts get into your gut very healing, very powerful.
David DeHaas (8:30): And drink your water out of glass. Don't drink it out of plastic. Don't drink it out of metal. Even these fancy YETI bottles, they're, you know, they're stainless steel, but the problem is they're probably I think that, you know, they can be up to fifth 49% nickel and still call it stainless steel. You're still getting some metal leaching off, especially if you're putting a cynic in it like coffee.
David DeHaas (8:50): Now if you're on the way to work and you're gonna grab a coffee, take your own cup. Ceramic. I have a ceramic mug here that I use. Ceramic's best. Or take your own glass mug.
David DeHaas (9:00): Whatever. Do not drink out of a paper cup because it's plastic line. I've spoken many times in the show. That plastic is leaching off 25,000 microplastics. It's getting into your brain.
David DeHaas (9:10): It's getting into your body. It's toxic. It's so hard to get out. Do not do that. Plus, most of these coffee shops are not organic, so you're getting moldy coffee.
David DeHaas (9:19): Make your own. It takes, like, two seconds. It cost me a buck. You're paying $5. The thing I just made cost me maybe a buck and a half.
David DeHaas (9:27): And invest the rest in the IRA or whatever. Okay. So that soda. Some of you are stopping at the stores, the c stores. You're getting your gas up.
David DeHaas (9:35): I'm gonna grab myself a big gulp. Right? You're gonna grab yourself a 55 ounce soda keep yourself awake. Stop it. It'll elect these drinks, these soda drinks.
David DeHaas (9:43): If if I was the czar of Idaho, if I was the mayor of Boise, remember the I would tax the heck out of these drinks. Woah, David. You sound like a socialist. Yeah. You're already a socialist because you've already man, you're drinking sodas.
David DeHaas (9:59): You're drinking these energy drinks that are full of poisons. And guess who's gonna be diabetic, have heart problems, cancer problems, and guess who pays for it? Well, if you go on Medicaid, we're all paying for it. Look at the state budget. It's through the roof.
David DeHaas (10:13): I would tax these drinks. I'd put $5 on them, and I bet you they'd still sell them. Look at it. We've we've tried to manipulate cigarette smoking. Right?
David DeHaas (10:20): We've taxed liquor. I've taxed the heck out of sodas too. I think I don't know who the governor or mayor at the time or the governor was of the state of New York, but he got a lot of flack for it. Ah, you're not for freedom. Yeah.
David DeHaas (10:31): Well, okay. You've already you're adding to your budget. You're a problem. And like Bruce Williams, who business, philosopher, coach on the radio for years and years, he had a big argument one day about, you know, I think it was the helmet laws. He says, look at it.
David DeHaas (10:47): You gotta wear a helmet. Because if you don't wear a helmet and you get you get in a wreck and it's worse than it could have been, who pays for that? Well, our premiums all go up. But if you're a good driver, your premiums are a little lower. Right?
David DeHaas (10:59): But we're all part of the same pool. So why don't we tax you guys that are causing us pain? Our sick care bill's $5,000,000,000,000. I would submit if we got rid of a lot of this toxic poison in our food, everyone did colon hydrotherapy, took good high quality nutritional products, we'd cut the sick care bill by 4,000,000,000,000. Easy peasy.
David DeHaas (11:21): I know because I see the miracles all the time. I tell my clients to do all this stuff, and they get better. Type two diabetes goes away. You know, they heal their illness. They get rid of the inflammation and pain.
David DeHaas (11:31): So if I'm czar, if I'm the mayor, I'm taxing you. There you go. Take that to the bank. We'll be back in a moment. I'm David Dahas from Living Waters Wellness Center where miracles begin by healing from within.
David DeHaas (11:43): Today is Sunday, the day before we start our next retreat. I might have a spot left. If I do, just like last cleanse, I had a gal call me the very first day. We usually don't like to take him on the first day, brand new, but we got her in. She was so sick.
David DeHaas (11:56): Couldn't remember anything. And because she went through chemo and radiation, very toxic for the brain, and she needs a cleanse, and she's a different person today. And if that's you listening this morning on Sunday morning, give us a call. (208) 378-9911. I'll be back in a moment.
David DeHaas (12:09): David Dahas, Living Waters. Stay tuned.
David DeHaas (12:11): Nothing is more exciting than seeing a client shed their diseases and symptoms caused from accumulated toxins the chemicals in our foods,
Unknown Speaker (12:19): the clothes we wear and the air we breathe, and
David DeHaas (12:21): by cleansing through colon hydrotherapy and treating the whole body naturally. Here's what a few clients had to say about their experience at Living Waters Wellness Center.
Richard (12:28): My name is Richard. I came to Living Waters because I was low on energy and for my memory, and I've accomplished both. Living Waters did it for me. Thank you, Living Waters.
Bialta (12:37): My name is Bialta.
Unknown Speaker (12:38): I came to Living Waters Wellness because also I have problem with carpal tunnels.
Bialta (12:43): And now I move my hands. It doesn't hurt. I don't feel tension. Oh, thank you.
Client (12:49): I came into Living Waters because I've suffered with allergies and asthma my whole life. I was recently diagnosed with EOE, which is where your food gets stuck in your esophagus from high eosinophils in my blood. Since I've been here, I have more energy. I have no hardly any mucus, and I can think more clearly. I feel better.
Client (13:11): My skin feels better. Thank you, Living Waters.
Client (13:13): I came to Living Waters because I've had a persistent rash on my face for two years. I also have migraines that go along with my menses. I have brain fog, lack of focus and motivation, and I'm on medicine for thyroid and my pituitary gland. Since coming to Living Waters, I no longer have my rash. I do not have any sugar cravings, and I have lots of motivation and focus.
Client (13:36): Thank you, Living Waters.
David DeHaas (13:36): To learn more about the ten day healing retreat, go to living waters cleanse dot com. Click on the link for natural laws of healing and watch the video and check out this hundreds of clients who heal from their symptoms under the success stories tab or call the office at (208) 378-9911. That's (208) 378-9911. The preceding examples may not be typical of your experience. It may not be right for you.
Unknown Speaker (13:56): Talk to a healthcare professional and see if cleansing is right for
David DeHaas (13:58): Welcome back. David DeHaas, Living Waters, the whole body detox show episode two seventy three. If you miss any parts of the show, check it out on the podcast. Give us a like and subscribe over there. If you're in Boise, go to the Google's, just type in Living Waters, Living Waters Cleanse, and give us a review on a review button for the show and tell us what's one thing you learned.
David DeHaas (14:19): We'd love it. We'd much appreciate it. So, okay, let's talk about juicing is great, but I wouldn't be doing a lot of sugary juices in the morning. Again, if you're going to be using breads, one of the things you do if you freeze bread, that knocks down the blood sugar spike quite significantly. If you're type two diabetic, you probably want to freeze it first.
David DeHaas (14:39): Also, if you toast it, that cuts down the blood sugar spike. Say no to whey or soy powders. There is a powder you could use if you want to get some essential amino acids in your body. We have it in pill form or in powder. So if you want to make, some kind of a smoothie drink, then you can add this powder to it.
David DeHaas (15:00): It's 99% utilized by the body. Gives you eight essential amino acids your body can't make. Most of you are deficient in protein. And if you've been sick, you may want to take extra protein to help rebuild and restore. Alright.
David DeHaas (15:15): Next thing you wanna do, I had a poop cereal. I had it on Facebook years ago. It helped a lot of people. So I'm gonna tell you about my poop cereal. I had a mix of chia seeds, apples, blueberries, and a seed cereal, and I had some granola.
David DeHaas (15:28): Now you gotta be careful because I eventually looked a little closer at the label I was using. It's all organic, but it was seed oils, organic seed oil. So even canola oil, organic, not good. It's causing inflammation in the body. Sunflower.
David DeHaas (15:41): The only oils we should be looking at is tallow, MCT, coconut oil, or avocado oil. Those are the only oils. But what even the organic companies are doing is they're using these cheaper seed oils that went through this processing process that's not good for your body. Okay. After breakfast, as I mentioned, get moving.
David DeHaas (16:01): Go for a walk. Four to 500 yards is all you need to help get some bowel motility. But that was a great cereal to help me get movement, but I don't use it now because I like my protein. I wanna get the protein hit first thing in the morning. You should be eating like a king in the morning, a queen at lunch, and a popper in the afternoon, ideally.
David DeHaas (16:20): And I know some of you can't subscribe to that, but and you shouldn't be eating after 06:00, especially as you get older. You eat after five, 06:00 as you're older, you might as well just paint the fat on because it's so hard for your body to digest. Now, something else, as you age, So many of you listening are on some proton pump inhibitor. You've got acid reflux. I saw a lot of you at the health show last weekend.
David DeHaas (16:42): You have acid reflux. You know what to do about it. So easy to fix. You gotta come see me. So easy to fix.
David DeHaas (16:49): But you need digestive enzymes, and you need some probiotics. And a lot of you have also got inflammation in your throat now. You've got inflammation in your esophagus because of all the toxins you've been breathing in, drinking in, the air that we 're breathing is so polluted. Now during the day, I like to have an apple around. I peel it.
David DeHaas (17:08): I buy only organic. It's one of the dirty dozen fruits and vegetables you don't want to eat if not organic. So I peel it, and I use almond butter or aged cheese. Be careful on your cheeses. Big food has skipped some of the key processes.
David DeHaas (17:22): I would only look for cheese from Holland or a foreign country that's been aged because they're, you know, grass fed cows properly fermented. Another thing I keep in my desk drawer for snacks during the day is beef sticks. Now, again, you gotta watch these guys because they can look pretty good, and then they're not so good. So, again, you gotta look at what the ingredients are in these things. I found some natural grocers that are like, they're money.
David DeHaas (17:46): They're awesome. Also in David's desk drawer, I have sardines and anchovies. So sometimes by working late or don't go home for lunch or whatever, I decided, you know, that's my lunch. Sardines. I like sardines.
David DeHaas (17:59): And I like taking, seaweed. The you get that seaweed at Costco and those little strips. Oh my gosh. That's delish. Drinks during the day.
David DeHaas (18:08): What does David drink? Well, tea, I drink. I do make a coffee in the morning. It's not really mushroom type coffee that I mix. And what do I put in it?
David DeHaas (18:16): I've got in it honey. I've got, I might put some creatine in it. I might put some, essential amino protein in it. I'm gonna put MCT oil as my just my base MCT. A little dash of vanilla, a dash of cinnamon, sealing on cinnamon, all organic, and then a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
David DeHaas (18:37): Cayenne pepper, I did a whole show on cayenne pepper. If you don't know how powerful cayenne pepper is by now, think I I've done two shows on cayenne pepper. But go back in the search engine on the Whole Body Detox show, putting cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper, most written about herb out there. You should all be packing around in your car, your office desk.
David DeHaas (18:54): You should have it for, you know, sore throats. You get a cut in the head or in bar in your marm, you start to have a heart attack. You want cayenne pepper around. Trust me on that. Okay.
David DeHaas (19:04): I don't I have oh, I have electrolyte drinks hit my desk. I drink water. You got to have water. Pure water as well. Make sure it's filtered and not in a bottle.
David DeHaas (19:13): Don't get your water in a plastic bottle. You're spending a ton of money. Come down here. Invest in a high quality water filter, that you can have in your home, have in your office. My home is very close close to my office, fortunately.
David DeHaas (19:28): And I'll sunbathe, especially this time of year, like today, doing this video or this audio podcast. I went and I bathed in the sun for a half hour, get that vitamin d three, and you really get to tune in. And even if you can go on a roof, if you're in a downtown office building or in an office park someplace, put a chair out in the back door. You just take the glass your your eyeglasses off. Don't let that sun come down, hit your face.
David DeHaas (19:51): Maybe raise your shirt up so your little belly on it. Raise your pants and your legs, whatever, you can get that sun. It's just it's so healing, and it's gonna energize you a lot. And then for dinner, again, I like to be done by 05:00. But, usually, my lunch is gonna be a fairly big lunch, and that's gonna be it could be a hamburger.
David DeHaas (20:09): It could be steak. It could be a steak with asparagus. I might make a salad some days. My salad's always got a big protein on it. It could be salmon, some kind of fish, or it could be small chopped up steak, or even loose hamburger I'll cook up with tons of garlic.
David DeHaas (20:24): Oh, by the way, in my eggs in the morning, lots of garlic. I probably cut up, I don't know, five, six cloves. And one of those cloves, I'm gonna swallow without cooking it. And it's gonna get because garlic is antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral. So it's nature's medicine.
David DeHaas (20:38): I I drink it just like a pill, and I chase it with water. So I I put a lot of garlic in everything. I really do. It garlic is so good for you. So inexpensive.
David DeHaas (20:47): Just natural medicine. I don't buy many canned foods. The only canned food I buy are beans. And I don't even like to do that so much because of what they're packed in. Those cans aren't perfectly nontoxic.
David DeHaas (21:00): But you pick your battles, my friend. You pick your battles. Alright. So we got a problem though with what foods we're using. Let's talk about, and, again, I take another vitamin supplement at the end of the day.
Unknown Speaker (21:10): I take a lot of supplements, guys. And for those of you who say, hey. I'm gonna try to get out of my food. Yeah. You're not.
David DeHaas (21:16): The soils, the amount of nutrients in our soils, even organic, is way 70% below what it used to be. You're not gonna do it. You need vitamins and minerals and supplements. I have a bank load at my desk at home. I have a whole cupboard full at home.
David DeHaas (21:30): I muscle test what I need each day, which you go, what? Muscle test? What what's that, David? Come on, attend the Healing Retreat. I tell you that one thing I teach you, it's worth the entire price of admission, knowing how to muscle test yourself.
David DeHaas (21:43): Seriously, it is money to you. It's bank. My kids would say it's bank. All right. Pesticides and produce.
David DeHaas (21:52): Well, USDA data analysis found seventy five percent of nonorganic products tested positive for pesticide residue. The nonprofit Environmental Working Group assessed 54,000 samples of 47 fruits and vegetables and found traces of 264 pesticides, and they break down products. PFAS, forever chemicals, were found in almost 90% of certain fruits. They they get their name from their ability to accumulate to harmful levels of living organisms due to their strong carbon fluorine bonds, making them resistant to break down. But PFAS exposure is linked to colitis.
David DeHaas (22:31): That's a gut issue. Type two diabetes, reduced fertility. Do we have a problem with that in our country? We sure do. Cardiovascular disease and neurodegenerative issues in children.
David DeHaas (22:44): God, we're poisoning everybody. 12 most contaminated produce items were spinach, kale, strawberries, grapes, nectarines, peaches, cherries, apples, blackberries, pears, potatoes, and blueberries. Colored greens and mustard greens shared the number two spot. The least contaminated were pineapples, sweet corn, avocados, papaya, onions, sweet peas, asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower, watermelon, mangoes, bananas, carrots, mushrooms, and kiwi. And you can get this by googling dirty dozen and clean 15 and print that off and take it with you and go to the store.
David DeHaas (23:22): But a separate study in California where a lot of our fruit, a lot of our vegetables are grown, they found 17 different PFAS pesticide residues detected among 40 types of produce, including peaches, strawberries, plums, and grapes. California allows a widespread use of 53 PFAS pesticides, with farms applying an average of 2,500,000 pounds per year to crops, including almonds, pistachios, alfalfa, spinach, berries, blueberries, lettuce, and lemons. But the California Department of Pesticide Regulation has imposed no restrictions. The governor Newsom has not signed any less legislation just addressing that gap. It's just I mean, the stuff coming at us, it's just like you turn around every day.
David DeHaas (24:06): They're spraying the skies. And the thing is these things take forever to break down, and we're poisoning our kids. We're poisoning ourselves. Brain rot is happening. We got the EMF problem.
David DeHaas (24:19): I mean, I know it's just depressing, isn't it? But we can change it. The only way we're gonna change it is you to vote with your dollars. You gotta decide. Again, what I would do, I would tax nonorganic food too.
David DeHaas (24:30): I would tax it so it's same same price as organic food, and we'd solve a problem tomorrow. I wonder if one of our legislators would bring that. That'd be a good fight in the senate and the house of representatives, wouldn't it? I'd love to see that fight. Hey.

Give us a call (208) 378-9911. If you see parts of the show.
David DeHaas (27:10): Catch on the podcast, Whole Body Detox Show, episode two seventy three. Let's talk a little bit further about coffee. This is a study. When's the best time to drink it? Well, not first thing in the morning.
David DeHaas (27:21): An Italian cardiologist revealed that a cup of coffee at 06:30AM ages your blood vessels. But there's a precise time when coffee becomes medicine. Here's what actually is happening inside the body. After observing 120 patients in Milan, he saw a pattern. Those who drank coffee right after waking had cortisol levels 25% above normal and more blood pressure spikes, he said.
David DeHaas (27:41): You're not waking up. He said, you're lighting a fire. Body hasn't balanced its hormones yet, and the caffeine adds fuel. At that hour, coffee doesn't give energy. It steals it from the next hour.
David DeHaas (27:51): Most people hit their natural cortisol peak between 06:30 and 8AM. That's your built in coffee. Add caffeine on top and blood vessels tighten even more, doubling the load in your heart. Then a Rome study showed that people who had coffee later between 09:30 and eleven had better focus and stable heart rates. He said coffee isn't the enemy.
David DeHaas (28:11): Time makes it medicine or poison. One patient couldn't imagine skipping your morning cup, so he didn't ask her to quit. He just said, hey. Let's shift it. So within a wake of doing that, her morning headaches disappeared.
David DeHaas (28:23): Month later, her blood pressure dropped. So it's not the coffee that harms your body. It's when you drink it. Timing's everything. So it's not about restriction.
David DeHaas (28:31): It's about syncing with your body's rhythm. Here's what happens in the first sixty minutes after waking. The natural body your body naturally produces stimulants, cortisol, norepinephrine, serotonin. If you wait for those to settle down, coffee amplifies it. But drink it too early, and your body treats caffeine as a threat and fights back.
David DeHaas (28:52): That's why you crash two hours after your boost. So he says the best time between 09:30 and 10:30AM. So there you go. The body stabilized. The coffee acts as a vasodilator, not a constrictor.
David DeHaas (29:05): Your body only knows how to wake up. So give it a little time. What does David do the rest of the day? Right? Well, David, lunch, I I miss lunch a lot.
David DeHaas (29:12): Or the ten day healing retreat, we have organic soups and juices here, so I'll partake in that. Or I when I get bored of that, I go home and I do two things at home. We're starting our ten day healing retreat tomorrow, Monday. June's already sold out. So if I have a spot left, call me.
David DeHaas (29:27): I don't know if I do or don't as I tape this episode, but you can get on the July calendar or August and get your health miracle, live your best life. You don't have to have sore joints. You don't have to have sore muscles. You don't have to have brain fog. You don't have to live with the dishyphen ease in your body.
David DeHaas (29:45): You gotta get rid of those heavy metals and chemicals and parasites and detoxify from and great video on it. The website, livingwaterscleanse.com. Check that out. Also, we're still looking for some members to join our team. Colon hydrotherapist, part time, four to five hours a day.
David DeHaas (29:59): And, you get work for the funnest guy in town and my wonderful wife and our staff here. Hey, we forgot to mention something about breakfast. The oatmeal study. Oh, boy. I hope you're not eating oatmeal.
David DeHaas (30:10): So there's a cardiologist. He came forward after performing 847 autopsies on middle aged men between 35 and 60 who died from unexplained cardiac arrest. Well, in 2023, James Keller of the Cleveland Clinic violated his nondisclosure agreement and leaked the pattern nobody wanted made public. Sixty eight percent had identical arterial damage traced back to one breakfast food marketed as heart healthy since 1985. Within ninety six hours his medical board revoked his license, KLOG's legal team paid $8,300,000 to seal the records.
David DeHaas (30:46): The autopsy evidence showed microscopic arterial tears in men who ate oats, whole grain cereals, or fiber breakfast foods daily for ten or more years. The mechanism? Morning carbs spike insulin, while cortisol is already peaking. We talked about that earlier, right? This combination creates an inflammatory reaction that microdoses damage to blood vessels every single morning.
David DeHaas (31:11): Over twenty years, those microtears became the heart attack your doctor calls genetic. Ain't that nice? A leaked nineteen ninety seven Quaker Oats board meeting transcript stated, our internal cardiovascular study confirms morning grain consumption increases cardiac mortality by sixty eight percent versus the fasting control group. Legal recommends a $340,000,000 marketing increase to drown out any competing research. The board approved it nine to zero.
David DeHaas (31:37): They knew they chose 12,000,000,000 in annual revenue over your life. The survivors in the study, ninety one percent either skipped breakfast entirely or ate only protein and fat. Eggs, meat, cheese, zero cereal, zero oatmeal. Not only that, but it's got glyphosate in it. Right now, someone reading the someone listening to the show just poured over looking at a doctor recommended oatmeal because a cardiologist in the commercial told him it prevents heart disease.
David DeHaas (32:06): But if you're listening to the show, you're not gonna skip it, and it's gonna save your life because you're gonna start eating fats like a fiend. You're gonna start having steak for breakfast just like what RFK is doing. So here's another b f a b b s thing that's out there. Sugars. Fake sugars.
David DeHaas (32:23): Stay the heck away from those fake sugars. The best thing you do for humanity is go into a restaurant, clean them off the table, throw them in a garbage can because people shouldn't be eating the fake sugars and sugar at all. In fact, quite frankly, we're so addicted to sugar. You know, we're talking about legalizing weed. Should we not legalize it?
David DeHaas (32:41): Of course, we've got legalized alcohol. You know what I would do? I'd ban sugar. We I mean, look at how much diabetes we have. We're so sick because of raw sugar alone.
David DeHaas (32:52): So, yes, David's gonna tax the heck out of that too. You guys are gonna like me very well by time I get down to the show. Somebody's gonna probably turn me off forever. Anyway, look. I've lived it, guys.
David DeHaas (33:01): Hey. I was a junk food junkie. I I had I put sugars on strawberries as a kid. I had I put sugar on every I would I've I've lived this. Sugar, candies.
Unknown Speaker (33:12): Oh my god. I was so addicted. I'm shocked I was never diabetic. I am absolutely shocked. I should have been.
David DeHaas (33:18): Thank the Lord for getting me going down the health road because I've changed my ways, but I had learned the hard way, including getting cancer, which I healed on my own naturally. If you wanna hear that story, go check out our video, whole, four natural laws of healing over on the website. But I you know, at 28 to 30 years of age, I was walking like an old man. Joints hurt, muscles hurt, brain fog, always tired, couldn't get enough sleep. Oh my gosh.
David DeHaas (33:44): I mean, I was a hot mess. Fungus on my skin, yeast candida, toenail fungus. I mean, I had tons of stuff, lots of allergies, but I've healed it all. And so I'm preaching to you now because I changed my ways. I found the right thing to do.
David DeHaas (34:02): Colonial therapy, 1994. Found I colonized therapy and it's another piece that just changed my world. And so we were beginning down the path of changing diet, but it was a slow road. My wife was addicted to Diet Pepsi. Again, something that wrecks your brain.
David DeHaas (34:18): She'd stop and buy one at a Wendy's, and I'd pick it out the cup holder, I'd throw it out the window. Finally, I gave her a big document, 11 pages, and she read it. She goes, oh my god. I can't drink this anymore. Look.
David DeHaas (34:27): We all are in some various stages, but what I know to be true is if you detoxify the body, addiction that you've had, just like I had the addiction, it goes away. You break I've had people on heroin, people smoking cigarettes, people addicted to their sodas, and they come through our ten day heat treat. They go, god. That tastes horrible. You're only addicted to the thing because you caused the addiction by starting eating it, maybe as a young kid.
David DeHaas (34:49): And when we take out the chemicals and you're also going through a mental, emotional, spiritual cleanse as well, what I find to be true is we get those chemicals out by opening up the pipes, that's via colonized therapy. You cleanse it out, clean up the liver, clean up the blood, give the right nutrition. Chemistry changes so fast, the emotional chemical addiction changes, and you don't like it anymore. The stuff I used to like, I can't even get near it. Don't even want it.
David DeHaas (35:12): Don't have any desire whatsoever. So if I can do it, you can do it. And that's what allows me to have the authority to preach it to you today. And you gotta do it because you don't wanna be in assisted living center. If you wanna see what that's like, go check them out.
David DeHaas (35:26): Just hang around there for a while. Go to memory care facility. You sure the hell wanna stay out of those. It's so bad. You don't have a choice in your foods.
David DeHaas (35:33): Cheap carbs. It's gonna make your brain worse. We're in an epidemic, my friends, and we've gotta detoxify people. We gotta do it, and we've gotta do it quickly because we're in a real hurt. 5,000,000,000,000 in sick care costs.
David DeHaas (35:47): Absolutely disgusting. Look at our state of Idaho budget. I mean, we cut it by 70%, we don't have to have property taxes. We could cut sales taxes because look at how much money we, the federal government as well, is putting towards the Medicaid, Medicare issue, and so many people are sick. So but we can change it.
Unknown Speaker (36:07): When I was growing up in the sixties, people weren't sick like they are today. We paid cash when we went to the doctor. We didn't have insurance. And we could. So we got ourselves in a real pickle.
David DeHaas (36:16): But we can change it, and here's how you're gonna change it. You're gonna learn about this by going to livingwaterscleanse.com. You're gonna click on the link, the four natural laws of healing, or you're call the office, (208) 378-9911. Say, you know what? I thought I'd come over there and have a visit, talk with you guys, see what you're like, see if you're real people, and see what the clinic's like and, have a little consult.
David DeHaas (36:38): The first one's on us. Please do that. And if you if you refer a friend, I give you referral credits towards cleansing. I've had people pay for their whole cleanse by referring people to us. So you can do that as well.
Unknown Speaker (36:49): But you need to check it out. You need to learn how to heal, and we do it really, really well. We've been doing it now for twenty years, and it's been fun. You go over the website success stories. Look at all the miracles.
David DeHaas (37:00): They're amazing. Stuff I've stuff I've watched change people's lives that I thought, I don't know. Anyway, it's been a blessing to be with you this week. David DeHaas, Living Waters. Livingwaterscleanse.com.
David DeHaas (37:10): Go to biohackboise.com. Buy your tickets. I'll be speaking on the twenty sixth, the June 27 at that event. Two zero eight three seven eight nine nine one one. Till next week.
David DeHaas (37:18): Have a blessed week, my friends.
